Hi there I am having problems logging on my iOS 9.3.5 iPad says cloud storage backup not compatible with this iPad and I also cannot download the Dropbox app - thanks for any help
Go to Solution.
Dropbox requires iOS 12 or higher to work : https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/desktop/system-requirements#ios
I'm afraid you'll need to just log in via Safari on m.dropbox.com

Have you upgraded your iPad to at least iOS 12? Dropbox no longer supports the version of iOS you listed above in your original post.
