Dropbox requires iOS 12 or higher to work : https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/desktop/system-requirements#ios

I'm afraid you'll need to just log in via Safari on m.dropbox.com

Have you upgraded your iPad to at least iOS 12? Dropbox no longer supports the version of iOS you listed above in your original post.

Hi @David1956, as mentioned by @Mark and @Rich, in order for the Dropbox mobile app to work, you'd need an iOS device running iOS 12 or greater.

Even though the app might still be installed on the iPad, because the version of that app is old, it won't be possible to login using the app, or the site either from the same device.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.
