Problem trying to open a folder

hey does anybody know how to solve my problem???

Ive just log in and im trying to acess a specific paste given by my work mate. When I go to the archive solicitation and play "new solicitation", does not show my work mate's username. I need to be able to see the files shared to me, which is not happening.

If you're having trouble finding a shared folder or a shared file on your account, could you look through the Share tab online? 

If I've misunderstood your question, could you clarify exactly what you're looking for?
