Problem with Shared Folder

I have a shared folder within my account, it is for my son's school work.  We've been using it for a few months.  A file I updated on my machine last night is still not showing on his machine this morning.  The folder has the green synchronised tick on in my file explorer.  Both devices are successfully connected to the internet.

Any ideas?

How much is the free space in your son's account plan? While your son have got in his account, let he takes a look here. What comes up in "Personal Dropbox space" diagram? May be the account is in overquota.
