Problem with photos synchronization

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with photos synchronization. Photos are synchronization only when I opened mobile app on my smartphone. Until I open app, photos not be send to my computer.

I have up to date version of applications on my phone and PC. Mobile app has a permision to access to photos folder. I turned off battery optimalization for app.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 with Android 9.

Can you help me? 🙂

From what you mentioned, it sounds like you're using camera uploads from your mobile device.

Can you let me know if you have enabled the 'background uploading' option within the camera upload settings?

Please feel free to send some screenshots of these camera upload settings.

@Daphne Yes, this option is turn on all the time. Sending is blocked under 20% battery charging.

Can you try turning off camera uploads, restarting the mobile app and then turning the feature back on?

If that doesn't do the trick, please make sure that there are no pending updates for the Dropbox app, or your device's OS.

I fixed it 🙂 I turned off synchronization for about 1h and turned on again. Everythings is fine. Thank you for help.
