Problems opening my Dropbox Paper files

Explorer | Level 4

Last night, I've created a folder on Dropbox that contained a bunch of Paper files, then I shared the folder with my friends. After that, I made a friend owner of the shared folder and then he unshared the folder and gave me a copy of it, but now all the Paper files on that copy of the folder can't open. Why that?image.png

Thanks for keeping me in the loop, @eliezerpujols

 

Have you also tried getting in touch with the user that removed your access from the shared folder? 

 

On that note, could you also check your options to contacting our Support team from here, as they may be able to have a better look into this matter for you?

It still doesn't work :(

I've also tried using the rewind feature to restore to the previous version of the folder, but it doesn't work either :(
