Problems syncing documents on PC with Dropbox

I have bought a new laptop this week. I opted to save my documents, music, etc to both PC and dropbox. When I go to PC documents are there when I go to dropbox all files-downloads, photos etc are there too, but my documents are not there is a link that says....

filesonmycomputer.Ink.

Then when you click on it it does not work.

Is it possible that the backup was disabled for the Documents folder at all?

Can you access settings to check if the Documents is still checked by:

1. Clicking the Dropbox icon in your system tray.
2. Click the profile pic/initials icon in the top right of the window.
3. Choose "Preferences" from the menu.
4. Go to the "Backups" tab.
5. Click the "Manage backup" option.
