I have problem with the restoring of my deleted files. When I want to restore them, they remain in deleted files. I had same problem several months ago and it was fixed after several hours. Thank you for your help.

I'm having the same problem - nothing will restore. also, I didn't delete my files - I've had this problem before with files deleting themselves.

I have this problem again after almost a year. And I still don´t know why.

Have you tried using a different browser or a private browsing window to restore the files, to see if that helps?

I have an experience, that when I wait several dozen minutes, or several hours, then all my files successfully restored. I´m using Mozilla Firefox, because I have the best experiences with it. For me is better than Google Chrome. Maybe it´s really in "bad" browser. But it´s strange, that it´s repeating always after almost year. The last time it was in January this year. Why not after a month, or a week?

Hey @coscorella, sorry to jump in here, but if the issue persists, could you try clearing your browser's cache or another browser/incognito window and let us know how it goes?
Note that you should also make sure you're running the most up to date version of the web browser you're using.
