Prompted to save csp_log

New member | Level 2
New member | Level 2

Hi there. The last few times I've used Dropbox on my PC (Win 10), before I can even log in I keep getting prompted to save csp_log. It keeps repeating the request up to 4 or 5 times and I can't do anything until I close every save box. Then when I finally log in, every time I click something the whole cycle of "save as" repeats over and over. It's driving me nuts! Any help appreciated. Many thanks.

Hey @garyhealey, hope you had a good weekend!

From what you mentioned, it sounds like you're referring to using Dropbox via a web browser, is that right?

Can you please try the following and let me know if you see any change in behaviour:

  • Clear the browser cache
  • Use another web browser
  • Open via an incognito/private window

If you're still getting this prompt, can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Let me know what you find - thanks!
