Question about shared links

Question about shared links

New member | Level 2

I shared a link with an email account I know, but apparently that person shared the link with other people. As soon as I noticed it, I removed those accounts and stopped sharing the file. I would like to know where or how I can check if anyone accessed (email account) or downloaded my files.

Would anyone please share some information about it?

Thank you in advance!

Re: Question about shared links

Hi @DP31, thanks for posting on the Community!

I'm sorry to hear about this situation. Currently, only team admins on a Dropbox Business team on the Advanced plan get get file specific information for shared files in these instances.

It wouldn't be possible to view which users downloaded or accessed the shared link if you're on a personal plan.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter. If there's any additional information you need, please let me know.
