Hello,

Read only shared folders are empty on website but have the files and  can be accessed on the mobile.

What happened?

Hello there @eitanoz, I hope you're having a good day!

If you try using an incognito/private browsing window, do you see the files in the shared folder then?

How about when using another web browser altogether?

Let me know and we can go from there!
