Good day,
We've subscribed to DropBox but recently decided that we're moving over to SharePoint. While busy transferring all folders from DropBox to SharePoint we discovered that we lost quite a lot of information/files/folders. Are there any way that we can recover these without subscribing again?

As long as you didnt delete your account you can recover things via https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/restore-delete/recover-deleted-files-folders
If your account was deleted I'm afraid those files are unrecoverable.
