Hi,

i cannot find the photos that i have permanently deleted in the dropbox.

i use free dropbox. all photos are permanently hand deleted by me on the phone.

i want to recover the photo but on the delete file it is conpletely gone.

is these any way to help me !

Hey @phuong thoan, and welcome to our Community!

Sadly, the files are not recoverable if you have permanently delete them.

When this type of deletion occurs, the files and their backups that are usually stored for 30 days are immediately removed from Dropbox's servers. This can only be done via the web interface on Dropbox.com.

Can I ask if you've checked your Deleted files page, to make sure that the content is not available there?
