Excuse me, I have a question about this issue. I have a file in my file explorer and its configuration with dropbox. I tried to copy and paste the file at another folder in my file explorer and delete it at the folder before, but The file that I was deleting permanently could not recover. I tried to recover it from the dropbox website and go to deleted file, but the file that I am looking for it's empty, can you help me to resolve this problem?
