Resize preview of files in Dropbox Paper

New member | Level 2

When I add files to a Dropbox Paper doc from my Dropbox the preview takes a huge amount of space (e.g. a pdf preview is almost 1:1, the player for an audio file is a dozen lines in height, etc...), is there a way to resize it or to remove it entirely (leaving only the link to the file in my dropbox) ?

So far I've resorted to:

- insert the file

- get the url

- write the name of the file

- associate the url to the name of the file as a link

- delete the preview of the file

but that's quite cumbersome...

hmmm, i don't really know if you can. I think that editing embeds is more of a feature request. Perhaps a dropboxer will weigh in or you could make this a feature request post.

In the meantime, bit of a pain, but what about just making a plain old text link?
