Retain original file and folder names in download from Dropbox in Windows 10

Retain original file and folder names in download from Dropbox in Windows 10

New member | Level 2

I imagine there is a simple answer for this. I am using the Dropbox app in Windows 10. When I want to download a file or folder from Dropbox to my hard drive, I have to select "copy to" and navigate to my hard drive location (Drag and drop does not work for me as it used to on a Mac). But when I do this, the file or folder I am downloading does not retain the original file name. Any suggestions? Is this a Windows 10 preference or something I can change in my Dropbox preferences?

Never mind! I figure out that the "Copy to" function in Windows 10 does retain the original file name.
