I registered for dropbox in 2016 or so, and stop using it for a while somewhere in April last year. My subscription expired and went back I could not access my old folders and files. They are all gone.

Hi @Slygabianu

Sorry to hear you are having trouble finding your files.

Since the account was not inactive over a year, your files should be showing in the account. Your Dropbox account cannot delete your files.

Have you checked your events page

Have you checked your deleted files page?

I suggest to contact our restorations team directly, here. We cannot help with restoring via the Community because we cannot see your account or any event logs, for privacy reasons.

I hope this helps and you find your files soon.
