Hi all, after an accidental deletion and other wrong operations made by a member of my team, I discovered that the "rewind" function is not working for the main folder of my account - it displays an error "An internal Dropbox error has occurred, but we can still help you use Rewind.".
I contacted support 48h hours ago, I was told Restoration team would have managed my case, but nothing happened and now Im stille waiting. I made another request yesterday, no answer.
Do u guys have any idea of the time needed from "restoration team" to solve my problem? any experience with it?
