Rolling Back accidentally making someone a file owner

Hi I accidentally made someone an account owner who does not have access to their Dropbox how do I role this back?

Hi @Michael Hitch, welcome aboard our Community.

I'm afraid that only the owner of a folder has the option to change who the owner is.

Why is the current owner not able to access their Dropbox account? If they have access to the email address associated with it, they should be able to access the account as well.
