Salesforce Document Folder in Dropbox

Explorer | Level 3

I have a 2 part question about files & folders.

1. We have project folders from prior years and we are trying to utilize DB for Salesforce.

Is there a way we can link the Salesforce Document folder to our Orders Folder which carries all the prior years' projects?

We are trying to accomplish having just one folder that is the gatekeeper for all project information.

2. Is there a way that you can add a file in SF that would go directly into the folder in DB and then drop the template folders in salesforce?

If I add a file in SF and the folders will drop, but I can not drag this file into one of the dropped folders.

Thank You !!
