I have been using Dropbox for quite some time. Recently, I noticed that when I access all the files with the same prefix (e.g., Dave Johnson, Dave Jacobs, etc.) online or via the app, the same, unrelated file opens (i.e., Ann Brown). The desktop (offline) version of the Dave Johnson, Dave Jacobs, etc. always opens correctly, though.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. I backed up all my documents to my desktop and tried to upload again them without any success as well.
Do you have any suggestions to resolve this issue?
