Howdy,
I few years ago I was able to create a new Pro Tools session and have it save to a folder on Dropbox, working great as a back up if my machine went down. Im not sure what has changed but now I get this error In Pro Tools when i try and create the session.
Could not save "" because The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (32)
Anyone had similar experiences with Avid software, and how did you fix it?

Hi There,
I have the same problem. I don't use Smart Sync. The only workaround to disable Dropbox, which is not a solution!
Win10 18363.1316
Dropbox v126.4.4618
ProTools 2021.6.0
Any suggestion?
Pro Tools 2021.12 and Dropbox 141.4.3299, the same problem. The only solution for now is to quit Dropbox app, while creating the PT session.
Yes, nothing changed! But sometimes it's working. It depends on the Dropbox "working cicle"...
From 5 times one is OK... It's so strange...
