My dropbox isn't syncing and it has repeatedly said it is full after I've removed huge files and a bunch of stuff from there.  I'm not sure what to do or how to fix this?

Open it online to find which files are giving you the trouble.

In any case, remove all files to your Desktop and save it again to start a new sync.
