Says box is full when it's nearly empty

My Dropbox is nearly empty and has been for weeks yet I still get a message saying my box is full. I've already deleted the trash weeks ago. Account says I'm using "Using 4.21 GB of 2.75 GB storage" which doesn't make any sense.

Deleted files dont use any quota so that wont change anything. 

 

Are you in any shares? That would be using your quota.
