Screenshots suddenly started saving in ~/Downloads instead of my Dropbox

Screenshots suddenly started saving in ~/Downloads instead of my Dropbox

Explorer | Level 4

They were being saved in Drobpox for a while and for no apparent reason are now being saved to ~/Downloads. How do I fix this?

Hi there @LowellPinter; how are you today?

It seems like the syncing of your screenshots via our desktop app isn't working on your device as expected.

Since you’re using a Mac computer, have you ensured that your screenshots are set to save to your desktop?

Hey there @LowellPinter, I hope you're well today!

Could you let me know a little more about your device, such as the OS version it's currently running?

Also, are you referring to the device's Downloads folder, or is this within the Dropbox folder too?

Let me know - thanks!

Thanks, you helped me fix it! I had to change the Screenshot app to save screenshots to the Desktop. Maybe I had changed that, and that's why Dropbox stopped moving them to Dropbox
