I've been backing up my Scrivener writing project to Dropbox for the past few months. I have Dropbox installed on my computer and I've been able to see the backup files there. However, I can't view those files (or any of the others I've uploaded to Dropbox on that laptop) while I'm on my phone, since I hadn't backed it up. My laptop is having some serious tech issues and isn't starting, so I'm very concerned about having lost that information if my hard drive is damaged. Is there a way to access that backup from another device at all, or have I completely **bleep**ed myself?
Update: I've checked on another computer and I still can't find the Scrivener backup files on the website. I definitely remember successfully backing it up to my computer and I did see the green check mark icon next to the backup folder, but I can't figure out why I can't access it here. Is there a way to restore those files?
Does www.dropbox.com/events show them uploading?
What about running a search for the file names?
