call me stupid, but ...
i hv dropped back to basic plan (partly because i was pissed off by their auto debiting ... WEEKS after the due date. which i had done/left deliberately)
now i am over limit
however, i am confused.
under files, i can ONLY open Remote Storage. the Vault (which is i thought was where DB actually saved files and that was what was over limit will NOT open.
(i have assumed that DB cannot be counting files stored remotely)
the idea being to check and delete old backups i don't need (and which i hv already deleted on remote end.
(and i don't seem to see same screen as others describe ... see screenshot)
so, anyway, what's the story?

so just HOW do i see my Dropbox files?
just where is this 3gb of DB storage i am supposedly using?
and why can't i see it?
and why is my screen apparently different to others?
your support is less than overwhelming.
your comments are extremely brief very partial replies
eg you have not answered my question about just where these files you are counting towards capacity actually ARE?
all i see are REMOTE Backup files
also you neither confirm or deny that the screen i am seeing (as attached) is not the same as normal or as i should see.
