Selective Sync - Camera Uploads

Every 15 mins or so I get a new Camera Uploads - Selective Sync problem folder created (with a number after it).  The folders are all empty.

Quite annoying.  Any idea how to resolve this? 

Syncing on a  couple of Windows 10 PC's and an Android phone.

Feel free to let me know the status and version of your Dropbox desktop application. The version would look something like: xxx.3.xxx or xxx.4.xxx.

Can you please send me a screenshot of the folder created?

Hey @Abrikedabri - sorry to jump in here, but could you please let us know some additional information?

For example, did you enable selective sync for your Camera Uploads folder via the app's preferences on any of your connected devices?

Hi Walter,

Selective Sync in only enabled for certain of my folders and definitely not for Camera Uploads.

Auto camera uploads have also been disabled on all connected devices - especially on the one that seems to be source of my error.

Hence my frustration...

Hi @Abrikedabri, it sounds like you still have camera uploads enabled on one of your devices. This can also include the Dropbox desktop application as well as the mobile app.

One of these devices is trying to upload images, and creating the conflict on your account.
