I am new to the Transfer feature. My intent is to send an MP4 video file of a PowerPoint voice over to a customer for them to use. As a test, I sent the MP4 video file to myself at my business email address. After downloading I opened the file and it immediately started playing the video.
My next test was to insert the MP4 video file into a folder and send the folder by email. Same thing, when I downloaded the file it immediately started playing the video.
How can I send a file or folder that the customer can save to their computer?

Thanks for your reply. My problem was user error (me). In the lower left corner of my screen it shows the download proceeding. When finished, it says "Open File". When I clicked on it the video opened and immediately started playing.
I did not realize that the proper procedure is to go to my Download folder on my computer and open it there. From the Download folder I can move the MP4 file to where I want to store it on my computer.
Thanks for getting back to me.
