Seriously, unable to use arrow cursors to advance through photos?

New member | Level 2
New member | Level 2

I just logged on to my DropBox account and am not pleased at all. Seriously, how many overhauls and interface changes does a company need to push out? I have clients who can barely handle email, and the end user interface has always been a bit unitintuitive and not exactly user friendly.

I just noticed there is no way to advance through a collection/folder of images by using the arrow keys anymore. This is bonkers. Please tell me I am wrong. Also, is there a way to get an index page where one can change the image size?

Hey @Sassafras, thanks for sharing your thoughts about the Photos page with us. As our team is always looking for ways to improve, it’s very useful to understand your perspective; positive or negative, everything you're sending us over helps us paint a clearer picture of what could enhance the way you’re interacting with Dropbox!

It would be worth noting that the Photos view on your account is merely a timeline of uploads, while you may be referring to the 2017 redesigned that was aiming to align with other changes on the Dropbox website. At the moment, there isn’t a way to browse through your files as you’re navigating in this view, however you should be able to have an overview based on the image thumbnails.

Also, is there a way to get an index page where one can change the image size?

If you’re enquiring whether you could adjust the thumbnails & view on your accounts online, it would be worth noting that this is possible once you navigate on your Files→ Go to the last column on the sorting options you can see on top & Choose between Small/Large/ List.

I hope that this helps to a certain extent & I’m always here if you have any follow-up questions or observations, so feel free to touch-base with me here & we’ll take it from there. Thanks again!
