Rick doesn't realize that you have a Pro account. You can't set a default expiration period for your links. You have to set the expiration each time.
As a workaround one could put those files in a folder, then invalidate all of them at once by renaming the folder from <company> to <company>_Done.
Thanks for the suggestion but, i have to keep the pictures with the client files. I could create a second folder but in that case I might as well login and delete the links
