Shared Access link - Access Denied

This is an emergency request if possible to get a reply as quickly as possible - I have shared a link to several photos with a contact from a funeral home.  She told me she was unable to access error message "Access Denied". Can you help?

Hey @JChristine, I am here to help! 

Please make sure that you are taking the steps here to create the link to are giving the user. 

If you are then please ask the use to access the link from an incognito mode of their browser or another browser. 

Can you access the file if you paste the link in a incognito window? 

Browsers give you errors sometimes when they are not "refreshed" let's say. 

You could also give them the steps to clear their browsers cache

Let me know how this goes.
