Shared Links Not working anymore

Hello 

 
Sorry to disturb you, my dropbox account has "shared link" disabled since about 24 hours.
 
I'm pretty sure that has been caused by a file that I tried to share that I found out that contained some malicious software.
 
I removed the file now from dropbox. 
 
I would like to know if is possible to re-enable the "shared links" for my account.

Normally, for a bandwidth overage, links are disabled for 24-72 hours, but for something malicious you may need to contact Support to get them re-enabled.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus, Professional and Business users getting priority (longer for Basic users).

But it looks like that if I open a ticket by sending them an email, the tickets get automatically "solved" in the ticket tracking system.

 

I don't know how to get properly in touch with Dropbox Support (i've a basic account)

 

Any tip ?
