Shared folder not showing up on laptop or phone app, any ideas?

My wife and I both have drop box accounts and we have a few shared folders. She is no longer seeing the shared folder on her phone or laptop. We have tried looking for the sync option and read a few other posts, but nothing seems to resolve the problem.

If your wife checks here account online, does she see the folder in her account there?

Perhaps the folder was mistakenly removed from her account, in which case I'd suggest checking in the Sharing tab here too.

Let me know what you find and we'll go from there!
