I shared few folders but they do not appear under:
-Sharing

Why?
The other party accepted it (BTW it is alwasys me).
Please help as I would like to see what I shared in a easy list.

The Sharing page no longer shows all of your shared folders. It now only shows folders that you can add to your Dropbox (shared folders that you can join/rejoin).
To see your existing shared folders, use the Files page and look for the shared folder icons (a folder with people on it). You can also change the column headers to show Members, and then any folder shared with others will list the number of members.
