Shared links suspended for the second time, when can I get it back?

I am a Basic user and, yesterday, I received a second suspension notice since 2015. It has been more than 24 hours and my account still cannot share folders or create shared links. When can I get the functionalities back???

 

It is really frustrating because my collaborators (many of whom are paid users) are waiting for me on many projects, where I need to create shared folders. Please help. Thanks.

Hi @kxd30, thanks for your message!

 

If you've previously received a ban on your shared links, then the next ban would take longer to be removed from your account. 

 

While it isn't possible to advise on when the ban would be lifted. I recommend checking your account each 24 hours to see if you're able to share links and folders again.
