Sharing Links Not Working

Sharing Links Not Working

I have a Dropbox account and I used to be able to send sharing links to people for them to view / download what was in my Dropbox account. However, today all the links are not working - the people I'm sending them to are getting 404 messages, however when I click on them they work fine. I haven't changed any settings myself. I can't seem to send working shared links anymore. Any ideas?

Hey @romi2; welcome to our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this. 

It sounds like your shared links may have been banned; how long have you been getting this error?

Hey Walter,

 

Thanks for coming back to me. Only for about 2 days, and was working fine before. I have read the article and I didn't think I was getting that much traffic to the Dropbox link, and I have named each file individually. 

 

Is this resolved with a paid license?

If it's the first time this happens, it should be resolved by now, Romi.

In case you're still getting this error though, please let me know here and I'll reach out via email to have a further look into this.

Unfortunately yes. I asked someone to try the link this afternoon and still was not resolved. Do you have my email by any chance?
