Sharing access to anyone with link for entire folder

Sharing access to anyone with link for entire folder

I'm hoping to share access to "anyone with the link" for a folder in dropbox and then link individual files within that folder to a spreadsheet. Right now, I have to share access to "anyone with the link" for each file within that folder, which is a very time consuming process. While anyone with the link has access to the folder, they cannot directly access the file within that folder without first navigating to the folder. Is there a quick way to ensure users outside my organization can access individual links within a folder without me having to grant access for every file within the folder? Thanks in advance.

You won't be able to do that. With the way shared links work (and redirect), you can't use a link to a folder to link directly to the individual files within it. You can do that to get to the preview page for each file in the folder, but not for a direct (raw) link to the file. You'll need to create a link for each file.
