Sharing an audio file

Sharing an audio file

Hi

I am sharing audio files from my account and the file is more than 15 minutes but people keep telling me that after 15 minutes it cuts off.

Is this normal and is there a way to fix it?

Thanks

On free accounts this is normal and expected. It is a preview only.

To get longer they need to either download it and listen to it that way, or, you need to upgrade your account

Ok, great that is helpful.

So if I upgrade then it should be ok when I share.

Can the recipient still play the full file if they download to their dropbox if we are both on the basic plan?

Thanks
