Hello and welcome to the Community @EAC9597

When users are banned sharing will not work for the period they are banned for.

The solution is to share a link with them, for now. They could see the Dropbox shared link content even if they didn't have a Dropbox account.

The ban usually lasts 24 hours. Then you will be able to share with them and they will be able to share with you.

Read more about banned links/sharing

If not, there is not much you can do from your account. They will need to contact our support team, from the email associated with their Dropbox account, at: https://www.dropbox.com/support.

Let me know if this was helpful. Thank you!
