Sharing - what's the best way to organise the folders from my clients?

Hi, As an accountant i don't have much personal storage needs, but am being invited by my clients to share their Dropboxes, What is the best way to organise this

Shared folders will all come in and store in your main root directory with the name that they've been given by your clients (at a guess something like 'Accounts' or whatever!). You, however, CAN move and rename these without it updating the original persons files as long as you dont move them into another shared folder - so mine, for example, are all inside of a folder called 'Shares'. 

 

However, you may need to check you've enough quota: www.dropbox.com/plans if not
