Slow upload speed

Hi I have just opened a personal account and the upload speed of my files is INCREDIBLY slow.

I have tried everything from ticking No limits to rebooting wifi, Mac updating desktop software. I have download speed 50mb and upload speed 10mb, so this shoudn't be an issue. I have about 1.5tb of files I need to back up which I am doing slowly but its taking days. Help! Sarah

Sorry to hear about that. Here’s some things to check: 

- Do other computers that are using the same internet connection have this issue? 

- Have a look at any security app, firewall, VPN, etc. that may be interfering with connection to our servers. 

- You may also try contacting your ISP (internet service provider) so see if the issue is with them. They may throttle bandwidth to services like ours.
