I've been using Dropbox to store all my work and such and I've recently started seeing the following message when I click on the Dropbox icon in the Windows 10 Taskbar:
Smart Sync is experiencing an issue . To open online-only files and folders, right click and choose Smart Sync and then local
I have it set so that any files I put on my computer are automatically synced with Dropbox (I see the little tick within a green circle on each file icon) - just now I added a JPG to my desktop and it has appeared in Dropbox fine.
Why is that message appearing?
Last night I had to reinstall Windows 10 fresh without apps or setting causing me to have to download Dropbox again if that is a factor.
