Smart Sync.. not behaving as expected

Hi

I noticed on this pc that the message at the top of the menu is to reinstall DropBox to enable smart Sync.. I've now done it twice and rstarted the PC but that message persists!

 

Any clues would be gratefully received

Hi there @OmarSenussi, let's see what we can find on this. 

 

Since you've already tried reinstalling the desktop app - great work by they way! - could you also have a look through this article for any additional suggestions on how to tackle this?

 

If nothing seems to do the trick, send me a screenshot (without any personal info included) of the error messages.
