Smart Sync not showing up when right click

I just installed Dropbox Professional on a trial and I would like to test Smart Sync.  The problem I am facing is that when I right click on a folder on my workstations (Windows 10) there is no smart sync option showing up.  Also the dropbox app does not open.  When I click start > dropbox, it just opens up file explorer and not the dropbox app itself.

Regarding your plan, could you first check the subscription that you're on by navigating to your Plan tab on the website? 

 

As for the desktop app, could you try following these steps to changing the preferences?
