Smart Sync online only files are still taking space on my computer.

So I'm trying to figure out smart sync and it's not making sense to me. Even with my files in "online-only" mode they're still taking up space on my hard drive (which is now full). So I'm not really understanding it's purpose. I'm thinking I need to just unsync my computer from it and use the Web platform exlusively. Any thoughts?

Hello @JoeeyBInns, I hope you're well today!

Would you mind letting me know the following:

  • What OS is your device?
  • Where do you see the files taking space on your computer?
  • Do you see the grey cloud or green tick icon next to your files?

If you'd like to, please send along any relevant screenshots, excluding any personal info.

Let me know what you find!
