Smart sync can't be enabled

My smart sync can't be enabled.
 
I try enable and apply it in the setting menu. However, it won't show up when i right click to my files/folders. When i return to the setting menu, it still show that smart sync is not enabled. So what should i do?
 
My current dropbox desktop app version is 80.4.126 and my subscription plan is dropbox plus.

Please click the Sync tab of your preferences and check if Smart Sync is enabled there. 

Also, do you happen to be in a team with this Dropbox account?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. I have a few questions for you. 

Can you please let me know the version of your OS?

Was Smart sync functional before on this device or is it the first time you are trying to use it?

Is the desktop application installed on the admin user profile of this computer?

==> Actually, i just think of using Smart Sync currently. Previously, i didn't really notice it. But I think it seems like working before previously.

==> Yes. It is on the admin user profile of this computer.

 

By the way, I try enable and apply it in the setting menu as follow:

When i return to the setting menu, it still show that smart sync is not enabled, as shown in the first screenshot above.

==> I am not sure of that. I just check in "Admin Console" in dropbox web, i saw there is a team. But in fact, i didn't recall that i had made up any team for this dropbox account.
