Some photos/videos couldn't be imported.

Hi,

Every time i connect my iphone, it takes 10-15 minutes to "import photos", then tells me that 1000 and something photos/videos could not be imported.

this didn't help:

my recent photos/videos ARE imported.

I just want DB to import faster and not show this message all the time.

Please help.

Hello @eyalnow - how are you today?

As this seems to be affecting your desktop app, I'll need you to try some things here.

1. Re-install the desktop application on the affected computer.

2. Change your bandwidth settings according to your needs

3. Disable and re-enable camera uploads through the app's preferences

4. Re-install the mobile app on your iPhone if you're using it. 

If you still get the same error after my suggestions, please forward me a screenshot of the exact message you get so I can have a visual too.
