You can attach your screenshot directly in this thread by clicking on the small camera icon that should be showing above your message box.
Just make sure you don’t have any personal info showing.

The file name is the exact date and time taken. In win 7, the Date taken and Date created is correct. But in Win 10, Date taken and Date created is wrong.

Were these photos uploaded to your Camera Uploads folder from an Android or an iOS device?
It's possible that there is a browser setting which is somehow changing the timezone, since you're viewing the same file, but on different machines.
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
