fyi, i tried to use Win7 to open the photo in
Dropbox. The date and time is then ok.

So, does it mean that there is problem in Win10?

Hi @Kinakina, happy Thursday!

Would it be possible for you to send me a screenshot of what you described above? That way I can have a clear view of what you mentioned.

Hi @Kinakina, hope you don’t mind me jumping in here.

You can attach your screenshot directly in this thread by clicking on the small camera icon that should be showing above your message box.

Just make sure you don’t have any personal info showing.

Thanks!

Pls see below :

Win 7

Win 10

The file name is the exact date and time taken.  In win 7, the Date taken and Date created is correct.  But in Win 10, Date taken and Date created is wrong.

Thanks for the screenshots, @Kinakina, and happy Friday!

Were these photos uploaded to your Camera Uploads folder from an Android or an iOS device?

This photo is from Samsung.

But my other photos uploaded from my notebook (that is, i used digital camera to take photos and then stored in my notebook) also have the same problem.

It's possible that there is a browser setting which is somehow changing the timezone, since you're viewing the same file, but on different machines.

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
