My boss has shared a 4GB file with me and I have 4.26 storage space, why can I not downloaded?? Annoyed!! Please and Thank you!!

I'm afraid if its not letting you accept the folder it is larger than 4GB.
Get the other person to take some stuff out out of

How much free space do you have? What is www.dropbox.com/account showing?
Also what is the error saying when you try and join. If its saying you need 4gb of space that means you need 4gb more space to access it.

It's telling me "unused space 4.26 GB"
