Ho esaurito il mio spazio pertanto ho elimato dei file.

Uno dei miei dispositivi non riesce più a sincronizzare, ho elimato l'accaunt dopo aver rimosso i file sul web e ripristinato successivamente, ma niente....

Che devo fare... sistema w. 8.1

Ciao @mr74, spero che tu stia passando una buona giornata!

 

Puoi farmi sapere quale utilizzo di spazio vedi riportato nella tua pagina Plan online qui? Se possibile, ti prego di inviarmi uno screenshot (escluse le informazioni personali).

 

Inoltre, hai eliminato i file dal tuo account online o dal dispositivo che non è più possibile sincronizzare?

Can you let me know what space usage you see reported in your Plan page online here? If possible, please send me a screenshot (excluding any personal info).

 

Also, did you delete the files from your account online, or from the device that can no longer sync?

 

Let me know what you find!

I make alone.... I have reinstall windows and so restart again dropbox in all function...maybe something about firewall.. I don't knowwhy
